NetSpeak Residential Services Launch Plan

NetSpeak got its start as a voice over IP (VoIP) long distance service provider a la Vonage. When the board brought in Mike Rich from AT&T as CEO, he refocused the company on selling their VoIP technology (routing engines, billing solutions) to other long distance carriers, particularily in Latin America and Asia.

After the tech bubble burst in 2000, competitive long distance carriers lost their access to capital (and the ability to pay us), so we refocused our efforts on residential service technology that could be sold to US competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs).

This Launch Plan describes that product and the strategy to promote it.
